We want you to love your hair results; if you are not completely satisfied with your Living Proof purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and were purchased directly from our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it at home or use the provided QR code at a drop-off location.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
